Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu (1400m)
It’s a fantastic feeling to fly over the land of Nepal. You can see beautiful snow-covered mountains. After you land at Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be greeted by our team at the arrivals and escort you to your hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour (B)
After having the early morning breakfast, you will move towards Kathmandu Durbar Square to tour around the Durbar Square. You will delight in the architectural wonder of the places like Hanuman Dhoka, KumariGhar, GaddiBaithak, Taleju Temple etc. Then you make your way towards the Swayambhunath temple from where you can see the mesmerizing view of the whole Kathmandu valley. After having the wonderful view of the Kathmandu valley, you will continue towards Patan city. There you will visit Patan Durbar Square which is known for Krishna Mandir, Golden Temple and Patan Museum. After observing the wonders of Patan you will be back to your hotel for the night.
Day 03: Fly to Pokhara (822 m) – 25mins (B)
After a full day sightseeing in Kathmandu, you will fly to Pokhara and spend a relaxing day in Pokhara. You can do different activities like boating, paragliding and sightseeing. Pokhara is the second most famous city of Nepal after Kathmandu and it is the capital city of the Gandaki Province. Pokhara, a city of lakes, is gifted with the natural beauty of Himalayas, picturesque lakes and lush greenery. The city offers exciting adventure and sightseeing opportunities.
Day 04: Fly to Jomsom (2710 m) – 20mins and biking to Kagbeni (2810 m) – 12km (B,L,D)
Today you will fly from Pokhara to Jomsom which is about 20 minutes’ flight. The flight marks the start of the adventure as you fly above the deepest gorge in the world, Kali Gandaki. On arrival, you will have breakfast and get ready to start your biking journey. You will start biking from Jomsom to Kagbeni passing through Kali Gandaki Gorge. On the way you visit red painted Gumba which is about 1000 years old.
Day 05: Biking to Muktinath(3800 m) – 20km (B,L,D)
Early in the morning you will start your ride enjoying the breathtaking views of the sunrise through the snowy peaks. You will continue on the jeep track which ascends uphill leading you to Muktinath. Along the trail you can explore monasteries and local people culture. Continuing on the uphill you will reach Muktinath.
Day 06: Biking to Chele(3050 m) – 18km (B,L,D)
Early in the morning you visit Muktinath and then continue on the ride to the mysterious Land of Upper Mustang. You ascend uphill and descend to reach Chhusang and then ride along the bank of the Kali Gandaki then cross a bridge. You will ride uphill to reach Chele, a small village that offers you amagnificent view of Mt. Nilgiri and different angles of Kali Gandaki gorge.
Day 07: Biking to Syangbochen (3800 m) – 20km (B,L,D)
Leaving Chele behind, you will move north towards the spectacular Himalayas. Today is a difficult ride as you have to pass through Taklam La (3624m), Dajori La (3735m), Bhena La (3860m), and Yamdo La (3860m) to reach Syangbochen. But you will be mesmerized by the amazing view of the places, lifestyle and culture of the locals and landscape as you move uphill.
Day 08: Biking to Tsarang (3560 m) – 22km (B,L,D)
Today you will start with the short climb to cross through Syangbochen La Pass (3850m).From Syangbochen La, you can get the fantastic views of Nilgiri and Annapurna massif. Then continuing on the trail, you ride on plain trail and move up and down the hill to reach a beautiful village. Exploring a little in the village then you will cross Nya La Pass (4025m), and descend to Ghami via Ghami La Pass (3765m). Crossing mani walls, an old monastery and the village of Drakmar, you will reach Tsarang.
Day 09: Biking to Lo- Manthang (3800 m)– 20km (B,L,D)
Today our destination is Lo-Manthang, the mysterious city of rich Buddhist heritage. It is an easy ride today compared to other days. You will cross Lo La Pass (3950m). From here you can get the panorama view of the mountain. After the pass, you will reach Lo-Manthang.
Day 10: In around Lo-Manthang (B,L,D)
Today you have the opportunity to explore this hidden land. You have a full day to visit centuries-old gumba, the Royal Fortress, inhabited caves, museum, and antique Buddhist ways of life. You can even interact with the locals and learn more about the history and folklore of the region.
Day 11: Biking to Ghaymi (3510 m) – 30km (B,L,D)
After exploring the mysterious city, you bid farewell and head back on some new track routes. You will cross three passes—Lo La (3950m), Chogo La (4280m), and Mui La (4170m). On the way, you will reach Ghar gompa, an ancient monastery and the most scared gompa for the local peoples. Then continuing on the trail you ride down to Dhakmar and finally to Ghami.
Day 12: Biking to Samar (3620 m) – 32km (B,L,D)
Today you will ride to Samar. You will cross five passes, several streams, beautiful villages, monasteries and fields to reach Syangbochen. Following the trail along the Syangbochen khola you reach Chungsi cave then you will cross Jhuwa khola and Samarkyuno khola to finally reach Samar.
Day 13: Biking to Marpha (2670 m) – 30km (B,L,D)
You will start the ride early in the morning with an ascent to Dajori La pass and ride down to Chele. Riding along the bank of Kali Gandaki River to reach Kagbeni and continuing in trail you will reach the initial point of the journey, Jomsom. Then you ride through the beautiful apple orchards to lovely village of Marpha. Here you can try Marpha, a famous Apple Brandy and other products made up of apple.
Day 14: Biking to Tatopani(1190 m) – 45km (B,L,D)
After breakfast you will explore Marpha that includes visiting the monasteries, cheese factory and traditional houses. Then you will ride down to the subtropical region and gradually descend enjoying the lush green landscape and spectacular view of the snowcapped mountains. You reach Tatopani, where you can relax in the natural hot water spring.
Day 15: Biking to Beni (1000 m) – 18km and drive to Pokhara (822 m) – 4 hrs. (B,L)
Today is the last day of you cycling journey in which you will ride along the river bank to reach Beni Bazaar. From there you will be driven back to Pokhara. In Pokhara you can stroll and shop around the amazing lakeside and relax after the long memorable trip.
Day 16: Fly to Kathmandu (B)
After breakfast you will be driven to Pokhara Airport and you will fly back to Kathmandu. You will enjoy the picturesque views of Annapurna massif, LamjungHimal, Manaslu range, Ganesh Himal range, and LangtangHimal during the flight.
Day 17: Contingency Day (B)
Today is your contingency day in case of flight delay or cancellation. You can use this day as a free day and visit different places of Kathmandu for shopping and sightseeing.
Day 18: Final Departure (B)
This is your last day in Nepal. You will be taken to the airport for your flight back home.
