An amazing trek to experience the immensely beautiful landscape and mesmerizing peaks Annapurna I (8091 m), Annapurna South (7219 m), Machhapuchhre (6993 m) and Hiunchuli (6441). This trek takes you into the naturally and culturally rich western Nepal offering diverse landscape and welcoming culture of Annapurna region. The trek begins from Nayapul, then ascends and descends through the rhododendron, bamboo and giant fir forest to reach the base of Mt. Annapurna, world’s tenth highest peak. Besides the gorgeous mountain views, the trail also offers rushing rivers, deep waterfalls and exceptionally unique cultural practices in the villages mostly dominated by Gurung inhabitants.

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu (1400m)
It’s a fantastic feeling to fly over the land of Nepal. You can see beautiful snow-covered mountains. After you land at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our team at the arrivals and escort you to your hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour (B)
After having the early morning breakfast, you will move towards Kathmandu Durbar Square to tour around the Durbar Square. You will delight in the architectural wonder of the places like Hanuman Dhoka, KumariGhar, GaddiBaithak, Taleju Temple etc. Then you make your way towards the Swayambhunath temple from where you can see the mesmerizing view of the whole Kathmandu valley. After having the wonderful view of the Kathmandu valley, you will continue towards Patan city. There you will visit Patan Durbar Square which is known for Krishna Mandir, Golden Temple and Patan Museum. After observing the wonders of Patan you will be back to your hotel for the night.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara (822m) – 6hrs (B,L,D)
After having the breakfast, you will be driven to Pokhara. On the way you can see the beautiful views of the countryside villages, farm, shops and river.
Day 04: Drive to Nayapul (1070 m), trek to Tikedhunga (1577m) – 3/4 hrs (B,L,D)
After delightful breakfast at Pokhara, you will be driven to Nayapul, the starting point of this trek. You will start walking by crossing the bridge over Modikhola and follow the muddy trail before reaching Tikedhunga.
Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2800m) – 5/6 hrs (B,L,D)
Today you will trek uphill till Ulleri enjoying the amazing mountain view, landscape and cheerful locals. Then you will follow the zigzag trail through the forest along the river side to reach Ghorepani. Ghorepani is located on the ridge separating the valley of Kali Gandaki from the valley of Modi khola and it offers the magnificent views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Himalayan range.
Day 06: Early Morning Excursion to Poon Hill (3210m) for sunrise view and trek to Tadapani (2610m) – 7/8 hrs (B,L,D)
Early in the morning you will hike up to Poonhill, to catch a rare glimpse of the sunrise over Himalayas. After spending some time there, you will return back to lodge for breakfast, then continue to trek towards Tadapani. To reach Tadapani, you will pass through the forest of rhododendron, fir and pine up and down the hill. Tadapani is surrounded by rhododendron forest and offers the best views of Mt. Machhapuchhre.
Day 07: Trek to Chhomrong (2170 m) – 5/6 hrs (B,L,D)
Today you will walk downhill through the oak and rhododendron forest to reach Kimrong river. On the way, you can enjoy the closest view of the Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre. You will cross the suspension bridge and follow the trail leading to Gurung village, then climb uphill to reach at the top of the ridge and walk on the route to reach Chhomrong. It is a beautiful village settled by the Gurung ethnic tribes.
Day 08: Trek to Dovan (2600m) – 5/6 hrs (B,L,D)
Leaving Chhomrong village behind, you will follow the trail through terrace village and farm fields till you cross the bridge over Chhomrong river. Then you walk uphill till Sinuwa Hill passing through thick forest of rhododendron. You will descend steep downhill to reach Bamboo and after a short walk from there you will reach Dovan.
Day 09: Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m) – 3/4 hrs (B,L,D)
Today you will climb steep rocky trail through the forest to reach Hinko cave. From here, you will witness several gorge and avalanche track till Deurali. Following the trail to Sanctuary, you will ascend towards Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Here, you can go to ridge to grasp the picturesque views of Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gangapurna and Macchapucchre, if time allows.
Day 10: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) and back to Deurali (3231m) – 6/7 hrs (B,L,D)
Today is the day that you have been waiting for. You will cross the Machhapuchhre Base Camp and follow the trail leading to Annapurna Base Camp. It is an easy trek to reach Annapurna South Base Camp and the view you get is phenomenal. You get an impressive views of picturesque landscape and snowcapped Himalayas surrounding you really feels amazing. After exploring for a while, you retrace back to Deurali for overnight stay.
Day 11: Trek to Bamboo (2300m) – 6/7 hrs (B,L,D)
After spending sometime enjoying the sunrise view over the Himalayas, you will trace back your trial to reach Bamboo. It will be steep downhill trek passing through the forest to reach Bamboo.
Day 12: Trek to Jhinu Danda (1780m) – 5/6 hrs (B,L,D)
Today, you will climb up to Khuldighar and retrace your journey to Sinuwa Hill and follow downhill trail to reach Chhomrong Khola. Then you will continue up and down the trail passing through Chhomrong to reach Jhinu Danda. Here you can go for relaxing natural hot spring bath if time allows.
Day 13: Trek to Nayapul (1070 m) – 6/7 hrs, drive to Pokhara (822 m) – 2 hrs (B,L)
It is a final day of this trek and you have to cover long distance mostly downhill. You will begin by following the Modi river to reach Landruk village. Then you will follow the path leading Syauli Bazaar and continuing the path along the Modi river you reach Birethanthi and back to Nayapul. The trek ends here at Nayapul and you will be driven to Pokhara.
Day 14: Fly to Kathmandu (B)
After delightful breakfast, you will bid farewell to Pokhara and fly back to Kathmandu enjoying the bird eye view of the Himalayan range.
Day 15: Contingency Day (B)
Today is your contingency day in case of flight delay or cancellation. You can use this day as a free day and visit different places of Kathmandu for shopping and sightseeing.
Day 16: Final Departure (B)
This is your last day in Nepal. You will be taken to the airport for your flight back home.
